How much will Association fees be and what’s included?
Annual COA dues are calculated at $2 per square foot per year, so the fee varies depending on the cabin you select. The dues will cover water, sewer and trash, as well as all landscape maintenance and all common elements of the community such as roads and amenities.
Does the association maintain the cabins?
No. Hazard insurance and exterior building maintenance are the homeowner’s responsibility.
Do I have to use a certain property manager?
There is no restriction in the community for use of a certain property manager.
